摘要
食用农产品与老百姓生活紧密相关,其质量安全直接影响人民群众的身心健康,完善的政府规制体系是保障食用农产品质量安全水平的重要途径。从政府管理体制、法律法规体系、标准体系、认证体系、检验检测体系、市场准入管理六个方面探讨了食用农产品安全政府规制体系存在的问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Edible agricultural food is closely related with people＇s lives,and safety of such food directly influences people＇s health.Improved government regulation system is an important way to safeguard the quality safety standard of edible agricultural food.From such aspects as government management system,legal and regulatory system,standard system,certification system,inspection and testing system,and market access system,this paper discusses the problems existing in the government regulation system,and then puts forward corresponding policy countermeasures.
