摘要
介绍了陶瓷行业广泛应用的球磨机以及采用液力耦合器进行调速改造后存在的主要问题,提出了采用变频器来进行调速改造的方案。结果表明,应用变频器进行调速改造是可行的,能满足生产工艺要求并且能达到节能的目的。
This paper discusses the main problems existing in the ball-mill machine which is widely used in the ceramic industries and after the use of the hydraulic couplers for speed transformation and proposes the scheme in which the inverter is used to transform the program.Results indicate that it is feasible to apply the drive to speed reconstruction and the production process requirements can be meeted.
