摘要
容积率是"宗地"面积允许的建筑容量,是控制性详细规划的强制性指标,是建筑工程规划管理的重要内容。分析了影响容积率的诸多因素,指出了过高容积率的多种危害,论证了加强容积率科学管理的几个问题。
Plot ratio is the building capacity allowed by the land parcel area,a mandatory indicator of regulatory detailed planning,as well as important content of planning administration of construction engineering.This article analyzes many factors influencing plot ratio,points out a number of harms of too high plot ratio,and expounds and proves several issues about strengthening scientific administration of plot ratio.
