摘要
科学技术是第一生产力,社会主义新农村建设需要科技的支撑。发达国家农村社会发展已取得骄人成绩,通过分析发达国家在农业科技立法、农业科技推广体系建设、农民科技培训以及农业合作组织几方面的典型经验,总结出发达国家农村社会发展科技支撑的特点,进而得出我国应通过健全农业科技推广的政策法律法规体系、完善科技推广服务体系、发展农民教育、发展农民合作组织来为农村社会发展提供强有力的科技支撑。
Science and technology are primary productive forces,and a new socialist countryside construction needs the support of science and technology.Rural social development of developed country had achieved an extraordinary record.The characteristics of scientific and technological support were summarized by analyzing the typical experience of agricultural science and technology legislation,agricultural technology extension system,farmer training and agricultural cooperative organizations.Some useful countermeasures for the development of rural social in China should be adopt to provide strong scientific surpport,such as sounding agricultural science and technology policies and statute system,perfecting technology promotion service system as well as developmenting rural education and farmer cooperative orgnizations.
