摘要
根据起重机械定期检验零件测量过程中,传统的测量方法存在测量精度不高、效率低、可靠性差的缺点,提出了基于CCD零件检测系统,该系统具有测量精度高、非接触、高速度、动态范围大,信息量丰富等优点,非常适合传统方法难以测量的场合。
There exists low measuring accuracy,low efficiency and low reliability problems in traditional measuring methods during regular inspection of hoisting machinery parts.In response to it,the paper proposes a part inspection system based on CCD.The system is characterized in high measuring accuracy,non-contact,high efficiency,large dynamic range and abundant amount of information,which is ideally suitable for where measurement is difficult with traditional methods.
