摘要
分析了厂用电切换动态过程及目前厂用电切换方法存在的不足,提出了厂用电“同期捕捉切换”方式,并在现场实际切换中取得了成功,利用“同期捕捉切换”,结合快速切换,可提高厂用电切换的成功率,减少切换时对电动机及备用变压器的冲击,对发电机组的安全运行具有重要意义。
Based on analyses of the dynamic process during power-supply-transfer of power station auxiliary system and the disadvantages of the transfer methods being used, this paper presents a new power transfer method called synchronization capture transfer and its implementation. Field experiments and real transfer actions were successfully experienced using this method. Using synchronization capture transfer, together with high-speed transfer, the possibility of successful and safe motor change-over is enhanced and the inrush current of the asynchronous motor and stand-by transformer are lowered. Significant advantage for the safe operation of generation units is anticipated.
