摘要
基于射频技术的特点,针对提高矿业井下安全,预防矿井灾害的目的,设计研发了基于RFID的矿业物流管理系统,采用了无线射频非接触式RFID为基础的矿业物流管理系统设计方案,对矿井下远距离目标进行非接触式信息采集处理能够在不同状态(移动或静止)下自动识别。通过井下人员和物资的动态、静态信息识别获取,以达到实时管理的目的。通过煤矿应用证明:该煤矿安全事故同比下降96%,有效降低井下安全事故和责任事故的发生,并能达到预防矿井灾害的成效。
Based on the RF technology to improve the quality and the security in mining,prevent the mine disaster,a mining logistics management system is designed and developed based on the RFID.Using the mining logistics management system design scheme of wireless EF not touching RFID,it can recognize automatically for the target in distance of well to deal with not touching information in different states(moving or static).The real-time management can be achieved by recognizing and getting the static and dynamic information of miners and materials.Through the application of the coal,mine safety-accident has been fallen by 96%,it reduces the safety-accidents and liability accidents effectively,and reaches the effect of preventing mining disaster.
