多种金属离子与2-亚硝基-1-萘酚-5-磺酸反应形成络离子,采用高效毛细管电泳法,优化分离和测定条件,在5分钟内能得到好的分离和高感度的定量结果。
Most metal ions and 2nitroso1naphthol5sulfonic acid form complex anions. Simultaneous separation and determination of conditions were optimized by high performance capillary electrophoresis, the simultaneous separation and highly sensitive detection of the five metal ions could be achieved within 7 min. The proposed method was applied to the determination of cobalt in nickel salts.
