摘要
为提高碳纤维复合材料的耐湿热老化性能以及力学性能,通过有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)改性环氧树脂(EP)制备了有机化蒙脱土/环氧树脂/碳纤维(OMMT/CF/EP)复合材料,研究了OMMT的插层效果,OMMT加入质量分数和类型对环氧树脂气体阻隔性及对制备的OMMT/CF/EP复合材料的剪切性能、耐湿热老化性能等的影响.研究结果表明,有机蒙脱土加入后,环氧树脂/碳纤维复合材料的性能有较大幅度提升.改性后的环氧树脂复合材料的氧气透过系数较纯环氧树脂最大可降低29.72%,CF/EP复合材料层间剪切强度、界面剪切强度最高可提高12.2%,43.2%.
To improve the properties of Carbon fiber composites, Carbon fiber/Epoxy/Montmorillonite ( CF/ EP/OMMT) nanocomposites was prepared by the melt blending method. The interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) ,hydrothermal aging, barrier resistant properties were studied in order to understand the effect of the type and content of OMMT on the composites. The results showed that the additional OMMT had greatly improved the mechanical and aging properties of the composites. The oxygen permeability of the modified EP/ OMMT nanoeomposites was decreased by 29.72 % compared with none-modified epoxy composites. The ILSS and the IFSS were also increased by 12.2 % and 43.2 % , respectively.
