摘要
为了解妇产科护理人员对岗位轮转的看法，对3所综合性医院妇产科104名护理人员进行了调查。结果表明：72.12％的护理人员认为护师应轮转，95.19％的护理人员认为动产士应轮转。82.69％的护理人员认为主管护师应固定，以发挥其工作特长。
To know about post turning willingness of nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology department, 104 nurses from 3 comprehensive hospital were investigated. Results showed that 72. 12% of nursing staff thought senior nurses rotate, and 95.19% of nursing staff thought midwives rotate. Of 82. 69% nursing staff considered nurse - in - charge should fix their post permanently to take the advantage of their good experiences.
