摘要
分析了传统冲天炉、无焦冲天炉的工艺、环保、操作等各方面特点,提出了新型岩矿棉生产熔制工艺方式,探讨冲天炉采用燃气或燃油等燃料后的生产工艺优越性,分析无焦冲天炉采用不同燃料作业后的优点及其发展方向。
The author proposes a new rock/slag wool production technology based on the analyses of the process,operation and environment impact of traditional cupola and cokeless cupola,discusses the advantages of using fuel gas or oil for cupola firing and analyzes the developing trend of cokeless copula.
