摘要
皮带喷淋系统是火力发电厂治理输煤系统粉尘污染的有效工具,由于其属于辅助设备不易引起相关人员的重视,经常出现机组已正式投产但该系统却无法正常投入的现象。讨论了华电新疆发电有限公司乌鲁木齐热电厂2×330MW热电联产工程输煤皮带喷淋降尘系统在设计、施工和调试阶段出现的各种问题,提出了新建火电工程输煤皮带喷淋降尘系统设计优化方案。实践证明,该方案可简化设计且能提高系统投入的可靠性和稳定性。
The belt spraying system is effective tool to control the dust pollution of coal conveyor system in thermal power plant.Due to that the belt spraying system is auxiliary equipment,so persons often do not pay sufficient attention to it.Some times,the unit had been put into operation formally,and the belt spraying system can not operate properly yet.Various problems,which happened during design,construction and commissioning stages of the coal conveyor belt spraying dust-falling system in 2×330MW co-generation project of Urumqi Thermal Power Plant of Huadian Xinjiang Power Generation Corporation Limited,were discussed.The design optimization scheme of coal conveyor belt spraying dust-falling system for newly constructed thermal power project was put forward.It was proved by the practice that this scheme can simplify the design,and the system can be put into operation more reliably and stably.
