摘要
以某电厂掺烧印尼煤为例,通过选择不同方式的掺烧试验,以衡量掺烧印尼煤对锅炉燃烧系统和制粉系统产生的不同影响。通过现场试验和煤质分析比较,掌握了掺烧印尼煤锅炉的运行特性,为电厂掺烧印尼煤的锅炉提供了合理运行方式,供其他电厂掺烧印尼煤时借鉴和参考。
Taking the blended burning of the Indonesian coal in a power plant as example,various blended burning experiments with different blending ways were carried out,the purpose of which is to evaluate the influence of blended burning of the Indonesian coal on the boiler burning system and the coal pulverizing system.Based on the comparison of site experiment and coal analysis,the operating characteristics of the boiler blended burning Indonesian coal were known well;the rational operation mode was provided for the boiler blended burning Indonesian coal,and certain reference was provided for other power plants in blended burning of Indonesian coal.
