摘要
以JY-100型水产臭氧系统产生的臭氧对罗氏沼虾丁厂化育苗水体进行处理,研究不同臭氧处理浓度对罗氏沼虾育苗的效果和仔虾存活率的影响、并与常规抗生素类药物处理的育苗水体进行对照。结果表明,每天6:00~6:20、18:00~18:20投加浓度为0.1mg/L的臭氧浓度处理的育苗水体,罗氏沼虾仔虾的出苗率可达69%,比常规养殖每隔3d投放1mg/L抗菌素类药物组的出苗率要高34%,且苗体健壮,抗病抗逆抗应激能力强,经济效益提升显著。
In order to study the application of aquatic ozone system for breeding Macrobrochium rosenbergii, the different concentrations of ozone producted by JY-100 type of aquatic ozone system were optimized to treat the water for breeding Macrobrachi rosenbergii larva, and conventional antibiotics drug in contrast. The results showed that the survival rates of Macrobrachi rosenbergii larva were 69% after treatment with 0.1 mg/L ozone during 6:00 am to 6:20 am and 6:00 pm to 6:20 pm everyday, which was 34% higher than that treated with 1 mg/L drug every three days.
