摘要
文章首先分析了企业技术创新过程中内部激励的常用手段,揭示我国企业现阶段技术创新内部激励机制存在的主要问题,并进一步探索企业技术创新内部激励的有效措施。
This article analyzed common ways of internal ineentive in process of enterprise technology innovation, exposed main prob- lems of internal incentive of enterprise technology innovation at present in our country and explored effective measures of internal in- centive of enterprise technology innovation.
