摘要
在工业电气传动设计中,鼠笼型异步电动机的远距离启动时,其保护断路器的瞬时脱扣电流难以整定。既要避开启动时的尖峰电流,又要满足电动机端短路时脱扣器动作的灵敏度,而二者在设计中往往不能同时满足。文章通过工程设计的实例,对短路电流计算、保护断路器的瞬时脱扣器的整定及拖动方案进行了论述。
In the transmission design of industrial electric, when squirrel cage induction motor is remote starting, the instantaneous tripping current of it's protection circuit breaker is difficult to setting.It is necessary to avoid the peak current during start-up but also to meet the sensitivity of the action of release when the end of the motor is short circuiting, and the two often can't be satisfied simultane- ously in the design.Through the example of engineering design, this paper discusses the short-circuit current calculation, the setting of the instantaneous release of the proteetin circuit breaker and the dragging scheme.
