摘要
英国传统体育从农业社会到信息化社会,历经文化的冲突与融合,是传统性与现代性相互扬弃的过程,并得到不间断地传承与发展。从其内涵、人文形成及其特点,现代化过程中的体育规则化、制度化、法制化的渊源。探讨其如何从游离、松散到规则化、法制化,逐渐演变为公平竞争中具有休闲、娱乐等特点,并体现某些现代人文精神。传统体育作为一种文化符号,在全球体育总体西化,同时提倡保护文化生态的时代背景之下,中国传统体育的发展需要有自信心,从宏观上,政府重视,政策保障,经费支持;在传播上,进入社区与学校;管理上,体育规则细化,执行规范化,发展机制多元化;中国民族传统体育的终极目标,是保护民族文化生态,并保持世界文化的多样性。
From an agricultural society to an information one,British traditional sports development is a process of continuous carrying forward and developing in the background of cultural conflicts and blending.Their development is an embodiment of modern spirits,which evolves from agricultural society＇s traditional sports to rule-governed and institutionalized ones for leisure and entertainment.Although traditional sports are a symbol of national culture,they have been mostly globalized.China must be confident in developing China＇s traditional sports.Chinese government should,on the one hand,attach great importance to,guarantee in policies and financially support the development of traditional sports;and on the other hand,encourage traditional sports to go to communities and schools and colleges.In the management of traditional sports,rules should be made workable,enforcement standardized and their development mechanism diversified.The ultimate development goal for Chinese traditional sports is to protect the ecology of our national culture and thus maintain the cultural diversity of the world.
