三联活菌片联合去甲万古霉素治疗伪膜性肠炎28例效果观察

摘要 目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌片(下称三联活菌片)联合去甲万古霉素治疗伪膜性肠炎(PMC)的临床疗效。方法将同期收治的56例PMC患者随机分为观察组和对照组各26例,观察组口服三联活菌片和去甲万古霉素,对照组口服灭滴灵片,均连续治疗7 d。观察两组临床疗效、临床症状及体征恢复时间、住院时间。结果观察组痊愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组,且各种临床症状、体征恢复时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论三联活菌片联合去甲万古霉素治疗PMC疗效好、见效快。
