摘要 本文研究了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸二乙胺-甲基异丁基酮(DDDC-MIBK)体系萃取溶液中铜(Ⅱ)、火焰原子吸收测定微量铜的方法。大量的铁(Ⅲ)、锰(Ⅱ)、钾、钠、镁、钙、铅、锌和铝不干扰铜(Ⅱ)的测定。测定灵敏度为0.020微克/毫升(1%吸收),检出限为0.014微克/毫升。铜(Ⅱ)含量在0—4.0微克/毫升。标准铜(Ⅱ)加入样品后的回收率为98.5—104%,变异系数小于1%。运用此方法成功地测定了葡萄酒中的微量铜。 The method of flame atomic absorption of micro content of copper after extraction of copper (Ⅱ) in the solution by diethylammonium diethyldithiocarbamate methyl isobutyl ketone (DDDC-MIBK)system was studied. In the solution of sulfuric acid the complex of copper and DDDC is formed and extracted by MIBK. The organic phase is filled up to the neck of volumn flask by water, and the copper is determined by flame atomic absorption without separating, using water for adjusting zero. The determination of copper is not interfered by a great of Fe(Ⅲ), Mn(Ⅱ), K, Na, Mg, Ca, Pb, gn and Al. The sensitivity and the detection limit are 0.020 and 0.014μg/ml respectively, Beer's law is obeyed for copper (Ⅱ) in concentration of 0 to 4.0μg/ml. The recovery of standard copper(Ⅱ)added into sample is from 98.5 to 104%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 1%. The method has been applied successfully to the determination of micro content of copper in grape wine.
