Multi-layer integrated dynamic production scheduling system

摘要 为解决钢铁企业的生产计划与控制问题,分析了其独特的技术和管理特点。根据生产计划与控制的不同层次需求,从计划和物流两条线入手分析了企业生产计划调度的组织方式,构建了多层能力平衡、多层计划、多层调度的集成动态生产调度系统。从系统结构、功能以及运行机制角度探讨了该系统的可行性,并结合生产实际对该系统的运作逻辑进行了讨论。最后,通过在东北某特钢企业中的应用对所提系统进行了验证。 To solve production planning and control problem in iron and steel enterprises,it's unique technology and administrative characteristics were analyzed.According to the needs of different levels of the problem,the organization mode was analyzed from perspectives of planning and logistics,and a multi-layer capacity balancing,multi-layer planning,multi-layer scheduling of the integrated dynamic production scheduling system was constructed.In this system,feasibility of the system was explored from the viewpoint of system structure,function and operation mechanism,and the operation mechanism of the system was discussed with regard to actual production.The system was verified by application in some special steel enterprise in the northeast China.
