摘要
企业设计制造资源的动态变化给产品配置与知识更新带来了困难,针对这一问题,提出了知识反馈的递进式产品配置设计技术。分析了产品配置过程的递进性,据此定义了递进式配置过程的知识状态。定义了产品配置知识单元,分析了产品配置模板的生成及反馈过程,并通过粗集理论、配置设计匹配顺序排序及校验配置实现了递进式配置过程中的知识反馈,从而实现了产品配置知识的实时更新。分析了动态环境下递进式产品配置设计的整个过程,实现了知识反馈的递进式产品配置设计技术。通过在电梯产品的配置系统中的应用,验证了该技术的有效性。
Aiming at difficulties of product configuration and knowledge update caused by dynamic changes of enterprise design and manufacturing resources,the technology of progressive configuration design based on knowledge feedback was put forward.The progressive feature of product configuration process was analyzed and the status of configuration knowledge was defined.Product Configuration Knowledge Unit(PCKU) was defined and the generation as well as feedback process of the Product Configuration Template(PCT) were analyzed.Then the knowledge feedback of the progressive configuration process was realized based on rough set,matching sort sequence of configuration design and verification product configuration.Thus the real-time update of product configuration knowledge was realized.The process of progressive configuration design under dynamic environment was analyzed,and the technology of progressive configuration design based on knowledge feedback was realized.This technology was successfully applied in the elevator configuration design and its efficiency was verified.
