摘要
在高等教育扩招后,大学生就业就成为中国社会的一道难题。而在当今社会复杂多变的形势下,大学生就业难再次被推上舆论的风口浪尖。国家的就业政策对大学生就业有着深刻的影响。通过分析我国建国以来就业政策的演变因素以及高校在就业政策演变过程中的角色变化,以期更好地推动大学生就业。
The enrollment expansion of higher education makes the employment of college graduates a big problem in China.Under the ever-changing and complicated situation,college graduates face greater pressure in finding jobs.The state employment policies have a great impact on job growth.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the evolution of employment policies and the colleges＇ role in the transformation of those policies so as to improve the employment situation for college graduates.
