离退休人员是社会的宝贵财富,高校二级学院要实现对离退休人员的有效管理,应当坚持以尊重为前提,常抓思想工作;以慰问为契机,保持长效互动;以解决实际问题为抓手,体现人文关怀;提供平台,让老同志发挥余热。
Retired personnel is the valuable wealth of the society. To achieve effective administration of retired personnel, the secondary colleges in universities should uphold the four facets： with respect to preconditions, often on the ideological work; sympathy for the opportunity to interact, and keep controUed release; to solve practical problems for hand grab, much as humanity; provide a platform for our veteran comrades to play rule.
