摘要
硅酸盐中主次要成份的测定,过去一直采用经典的化学法。虽然它能得到准确的分析结果,但其分析手续烦琐,周期较长,而且劳动强度也较大。随着X射线荧光分析理论和X射线光谱仪制造技术的发展以及电子计算机在X射线荧光分析电的应用,国内外普遍采用X射线光谱法分析硅酸盐中主次要成份,使用这种方法不仅能得到准确的分析结果,而且还具有快速、简便。成本低的优点。
AX-Ray fluorescence method has been developed for determination of fourteen major and trace elements in various kinds of geological sample ie. Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, K, Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe, Ba, Sr, Rb and Zn Using the fusion technique. The interelement effect was corrected by using theoretical a coefficient and Rh Ka line compton scatter line as internal standard.A good precision and accurancy were obtained in this paper.
