摘要
目的探讨间苯三酚联合坦索罗辛治疗肾绞痛的疗效。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将134例肾绞痛患者随机分为3组。A组45例:间苯三酚注射液1.8mg/kg加入5%葡萄糖注射液100mL静脉滴注+坦索罗辛胶囊0.4mg口服;B组45例:间苯三酚注射液1.8mg/kg加入5%葡萄糖注射液100mL静脉滴注;C组44例:黄体酮针20mg肌肉注射+消炎痛栓100mg塞肛。上述液体约30min输完。观察用药后30min和60min 2个时间点疼痛的缓解情况。结果 A、B、C组30 min显效率分别为64.44%、60.00%,22.72%;3组间30min镇痛显效率差异比较有统计学意义(χ2=16.2,P<0.05);A、B两组之间差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组与C组、B组与C组之间差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A、B、C组60 min显效率分别为88.63%、62.22%,27.27%;3组间60min镇痛显效率差异比较有统计学意义(χ2=13.7,P<0.05);A组与B组、A组与C组、B组与C组镇痛显效率两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合坦索罗辛治疗肾绞痛具有疗效高,作用迅速等特点,可作为治疗肾绞痛首选方法。
Objective To detect the therapeutic efficacy of Phloroglucinol combined with Tamsulosin in the treatment of nephriccolic. Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients suffered from nephriccolic were divided into A,B,C groups randomly,45 patients in the group A was treated with intravenous injection of Phloroglucinol 1.8 mg/kg combined with peros Capsules Tamsulosin 0.4mg . 45 patients in the group B was treated with intravenous injection of Phloroglucinol 1.8mg/kg. 44 patients in the group C was treated with intramscular injection of progesterone 20mg combined with per anus suppositories Indomethacin 100mg. The intravenous injection of group A and group B was all finished within 30minutes. The analgesia effects were observed in each group at the timepoint 30 and 60 minutes respectively. Results The effective rate of group A,B and C at the timepoint of 30 minutes were 64.44% ,60.00% and 22.72% respectively. There were statistical differences among three group at the timepoint of 30 minutes （P〈0.05）.There were no significant differenees between group A and group B （P〉0.05）. There were significant differences between group A and group C, between group B and group C （P〈0.01）. The effective rate of group A,B and C at the timepoint of 60minutes were 88.63%,62.22% and 27.27% respectively. There were statistical differences among three group at the timepoint of 60minutes （χ^2=13.7,P〈0.01）.There were significant differences between group A and group B,between group A and group C, between group B and group C （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Our data suggest the effects of Phloroglucinot combined with Tamsulosin in the treatment of nephriccolic is high and fast. Maybe,it is a first selection in the treatment of nephriccolic.
