摘要
目的总结下肢深静脉血栓形成治疗的护理要点。方法对30例下肢深静脉血栓患者采取综合治疗,并给予病情观察、心理护理、用药护理、患肢护理、下腔静脉滤器的护理、健康教育等护理。结果患者经过治疗后,痊愈20例,有效10例,无病例发生肺栓塞。结论及早的治疗,及时的观察诊断,强而有效的护理,可提高下肢深静脉血栓患者的治愈率,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the key points of perioperative nursing during treatment of lower limb deep venous thrombosis.Methods Thirty patients undertook comprehensive treatments and nursing such as observation on patients′ illness,psychological nursing,medicine nursing,diseased limb nursing,lower limb vein filter nursing,health education and so on.Results Among 30 cases,20 cases were cured and 10 cases was effective with no pulmonary embolism setting on.Conclusion Early treatment,prompt diagnosis and effective nursing can be effective to improve the cure efficacy of DVT patients and reduce complications.
