摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用效果。方法 100例拟行纤维支气管镜检查患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组50例进行常规护理,观察组50例进行舒适护理。观察并比较两组患者纤维支气管镜检查的舒适情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的紧张、焦虑与恐惧感明显降低,舒适感明显增加。结论在纤维支气管镜检查中应用舒适护理可提高患者的舒适度。
Objective To probe into the effect of comfort nursing for patients undergoing fibrobronchoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing fibrobronchoscopy were randomly divided into control and experiment group.Routine care was given for 50 cases of control group.And comfort nursing was provided for 50 cases of the experiment group.Then the comfort degree of patients undergoing fibrobronchoscopy between the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the stress,anxiety and fear of the experiment group patients were lowered significantly,and the comfortableness enhanced significantly.Conclusion Application of comfort nursing for patients accepting fibrobronchoscopy can enhance the comfort of patients.
