摘要
电子、光子材料是信息枝术的基础材料。结合信息技术(以计算机和通讯为主)的进步来考察从电子材料到光电子材料和光子材料的发展。在下一世纪(兆元世纪),电子材料和屯子材料仍将是全球信息科技的朵构村料,两者还有天然分工和互补性。
The electronic and photonic materials are the drivers of the information and commtmication revollutions. This paper reviews the development from the electronic materials to the optolectromc and photonic materials with respect to the progress of information technology (IT). In next century (Tera-Era) the electronic and photonic materials will still serve as the basic materials for the global IT. They are beautiful complements of each other and have own natural division of labor.
