摘要
介绍了径向基函数RBF(Radial Basis Function,RBF)的理论及在激光点云数据三维建模中的应用,以Matlab为平台,实现了激光点云数据三维模型的快速构建.通过实验可知,基于RBF的点云数据三维建模方法具有一定的有效性和实用性.
The theory of radial basis functions（RBF） and its application of three-dimensional modeling with the laser point cloud data are introduced here.With Matlab as a platform,a rapid construction of three-dimensional model is achieved.It can be seen from the last experiments,this approach of three-dimensional modeling based on RBF with the point cloud data has a certain validity and practicality.
