摘要
文章针对衡阳市现存具有市级以上急救能力的大型医院现状,采用模糊评价评判的方法对衡阳市急救中心服务区域进行了地区规划;同时给出了一个合理优化的选址方案,该方案克服了传统选址方法的片面性、局限性和计算复杂性,不仅适应于急救模型的选择排序,也可应用于多种可选择方案的排序,使选址问题变得更加合理,科学全面,更加反映客观实际。
Based on the first aid akility of large hospitals in Hengyang city,the paper adopts a fuzzy evaluation method to make a regional planning of Hengyang emerqency center.Service area.At the same time it also discusses a preferred Site-selection scheme.which avoids the one-sidedness,limitation and computational complexity of the traditional one.It can not only adapt to the ranking selection of emerqeng model but also be applied in the ranking of several optional schemes,making it more reasonable,scientific,and objective.
