摘要
进入新世纪,教育部颁布的《基础教育课程改革纲要》启动了基础教育新课程改革,使新理念下的未来教师培养成为人们关注的热点。毋庸置疑,本次课改将使我国教师队伍发生一次历史性的变革,高等师范院校作为培养未来教师的重要基地面临着诸多新的挑战。本文对现阶段物理师范生培养的现状、问题进行初步探讨,提出了高师院校物理师范生培养的有效策略。
Since entering the new century,＂Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform＂ started by the Ministry of Education carries out the new curriculum reform of basic education,which makes the cultivation of future teachers become the hot issue under the new concept.There is no doubt that the curriculum reform will make a historic change for China＇s teachers.Higher normal colleges,as important bases for cultivating future teachers,face many new challenges.The paper preliminary discusses the current situation,existing problems of cultivating physical normal students,and puts forward the effective strategies of that.
