国产聚丙烯腈原丝结构和性能分析

Structure and Properties of Domestic PAN Precursor Fibers

摘要 测定了3种国产聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝的力学性能,并用红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,对PAN原丝的化学结构以及微观结构等进行了研究,并在此基础上分析和讨论了原丝结构和性能之间的相互关系。 The mechanical properties of three different kinds of domestic PAN precursor fibers are investigated.The chemical structure and microstructure of three kinds of fibers are studied by means of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WXRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and the relationship between these fibers structure and the property is analysized.
