摘要
目的:探讨体育课成绩评价方法改革对大学生心理健康的影响。方法:随机抽取参加体育课教学的班级,分为实验组和对照组,实验后采用症状自评量表SCL—90进行测试。结果:实验组学生心理问题检出率明显低于对照组。结论:实验组所采用的发展性成绩评价方法有利于改善学生的心理健康状况。
Objective:To explore the influence of evaluation reform in athletic course on college students' mental health.Methods:Classes attending athletic course were selected randomly as the experimental group and control group,and self-rating symptom scale-90 was used for test.Results:The detection rate of psychological problems in the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group.Conclusions:The development evaluation method used in the experimental group was beneficial to college students' mental health.
