摘要
目的探讨现代化的护理学实验教学管理方法与效果。方法利用网络资源建立网络实验室,完善实验教学管理,更新实验内容,建立实习护生与实验护生的协作。结果护生对网络实验教学管理的满意度较好,均达70.00%以上。一次性实验物品的消耗降低。结论网络实验教学有助于节约实验教学经费,护生满意度也较好。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of modern management applied in experiment teaching of nursing. Methods The measures ineluded establishing a network laboratory, perfecting experiment teaching management, renewing teaching contents, and creating the cooperative relationship between intern nurses and experiment nurses. Result The application of network in experiment teaching management increased the satisfaction of nursing students to experiment teaching （up to 70.00% ） and reduced the consumption of disposable goods for experiment teaching. Conclusion The application of network in experiment teaching management is beneficial to reduce the expense of experiment teaching and improve the satisfaction of nursing students.
