摘要
社区护理健康教育是社区卫生服务的重要组成部分,是以社区人群为对象,有组织有计划的进行健康教育活动,其目的是培养社区居民的保健意识和健康生活方式,消除或降低发病率,提高生活质量。目前社区护理健康教育在疾病的康复、预防、健康行为和生活方式等方面具有一定的普遍性,既是连接卫生知识和健康行为的桥梁,也是推进社区人人健康的核心策略。所以发展和健全社区护理健康体系,维护好居民的健康,是当今社区护理人员研究的主要课题。
