摘要
目的:探讨子宫全切除术治疗子宫腺肌症的疗效。方法:收集子宫腺肌症151例,均采用腹腔镜阴式子宫切除术治疗。结果:151例均治愈出院,1例术后1年持续腹痛,各种检查为发现异常,1年后疼痛缓解,住院天数6～13天,平均9.5天。结论:子宫全切除术治疗子宫腺肌症疗效显著,值得推广。
