摘要
E838是雌激素类辐射防护药物。实验证明：E838对体外培养的MCF7乳腺癌细胞增殖有抑制作用，IC50为5．6μg／mL，D0为3．9μg／mL；它能提高荷瘤小鼠（H22腹水癌、L615白血病）的存活时间，对肿瘤细胞无辐射防护作用。无刺激或促进T739小鼠肺腺癌转移的作用，有可能成为临床放疗的辅助药物。
E838 is a better radioprotecter that is derivative of estrogen. E838 inhibits cell proliferation of MCF7 cell line in vitro, Do is 3.9μg/mL, IC5o is 5.6μg/mL. It also inhibits the growth of tumor bearing mice that extend the living time and enhance the effect of radiotherapy. UP till now, E838 haven't been fond the effect of stimulate and promote tumor metastasis. E838 has the possibility as an auxiliary medicine using in radiotherapy of tumors.
