摘要
目的:研究大学生的心理弹性与人格特征、情绪调节方式及中性情绪面孔知觉的关系。方法:采用心理弹性量表、情绪调节方式问卷和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对154名大学生进行调查,并对心理弹性高分组和低分组被试进行中性情绪面孔知觉的实验。结果:①心理弹性高分组大学生宣泄调节(t=5.966,P=0.000)、内外向(t=3.903,P=0.000)得分显著高于低分组,神经质(t=-3.036,P=0.000)得分显著低于低分组;②大学生心理弹性与情绪宣泄调节、内外向有显著的正相关,与神经质有显著的负相关;③在悲伤和高兴(S-H)任务中,心理弹性高分组比低分组更多的将中性面孔判断为高兴(t=2.601,P=0.012);在高兴和恐惧(H-F)任务中,心理弹性高分组比低分组更多的将中性面孔判断为高兴(t=2.003,P=0.05);在恐惧和悲伤(F-S)任务中,心理弹性高分组和低分组在对中性面孔判断上没有显著性差异。结论:大学生的心理弹性与情绪宣泄调节、内外向及神经质有显著的相关;心理弹性高的大学生在面对更多复杂情境时比心理弹性较低的人更能积极认知和有效应对。
Objective： The objective was to research the resilience and personality,emotion regulation and affective perception of neutral faces in college students.Methods： Resilience Scale for Adults（RSA）,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale（CD-RISC）,Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ） were applied in this survey to 154 college students,and the high resilience group and low resilience group were tested for affective perception of neutral faces task.Results： ①Compared with the lower resilience group,the high resilience group scored significantly higher in vent regulator（t=5.966,P=0.000） and extraversion（t=3.903,P=0.000）,while lower in neuroticism（t=-3.036,P=0.000）;②Resilience have obvious positive correlation with the vent regulator and extraversion,and negative correlation with the neuroticism;③Compared with the lower resilience group,the high resilience group more often judged neutral faces to be happy in S-H task（t=2.601,P=0.012） and H-F task（t=2.003,P=0.05）,but no significant differences in F-S task（t=-1.259,P=0.217）.Conclusion： College students＇ resilience have obvious correlation with vent regulator,extraversion and neuroticism;the high resilience individuals may better cognitive and cope with certain difficult situations.
