通过石家庄炼油厂部分热设备的红外检测、故障诊断分析的实例，概括地介绍了红外热像技术在石化设备检测及故障诊断中的应用，进而在保障设备的“安、稳、长”运行。
By examples of infrared inspection、damage diagnosis and analysis on part of heat equipments in ShiJiaZhuang oil refinery,This paper introduce the application of Infrared Imaging Technology on petrochemical industry equipments'inspection and damage diagnosis,a series of good effects were obtained in ensuring equipments to be safe,steady and long term working,and developing predicted maintain.
