摘要
目的：为鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术提供必要的参考数据；方法：在鼻内窥镜下测量10个（20侧）尸头鼻小柱至鼻腔外侧壁重要解剖标志的距离；结果：各测量值左侧和右侧的均数间未见显著性差异（P＞0．05）。将测量结果与部分文献中的结果相比较，并探讨重要解剖标志的毗邻关系；结论：对有关鼻腔外侧壁重要解剖标志的测量数据及其毗邻关系的了解，有助于鼻内窥镜手术的顺利进行。
Objective: To prodive a set of endoscopic measurements of importantlandmarks from columella nasi to endoscopic surgeons. Methods: The measurements ofspecial anatomic landmarks from columella nasi were taken during endoscopic dissectionof 1O cadavers (20 sides). Results: The comparison of results obtained from right andleft sides did not reveal any significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusions :The resultsprovided a guide for surgeons.
