40例胸椎间盘突出合并胸椎黄韧带骨化症手术治疗的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过分析40例胸椎间盘突出症(TDH)合并胸椎黄韧带骨化症(OTLF)的诊断与手术治疗方法,讨论其病因、病理、手术效果与并发症。方法对40例TDH合并OTLF诊断的患者进行病因、病理、手术效果与并发症的回顾性研究。结果 40例患者中,无1例加重,术后26例随访1.5年以上,12例经短期观察。其中优22例、良11例、可4例、差3例。结论胸椎黄韧带骨化所致的脊髓病表现复杂。手术治疗须谨慎操作。手术近期效果良好,但并发症较多;后路胸椎管后壁切除术有助于防止脊髓损伤、提高手术安全性。
