摘要
目的探讨如何提高小儿足背静脉穿刺成功率的方法。方法采用单双日自身对照法对在佛山市禅城区南庄医院门诊输液4480例患儿共11648穿刺人次分组,分别采用改良固定法做观察组,传统固定法做对照组进行对比,观察2组两组一针穿刺成功率。结果观察组一针穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,P<0.01,有显着性差异。结论足背外侧静脉采用改良固定法能提高静脉穿刺成功,减小人力资源。
Objective To observe the fixed method in the piercing of the child patients to improve the successful rate.Methods Adopt the their confrontation among the four thousand four hundred and eighty cases in outpatient drip,givethem improved fixed law one day as the observation group and give them traditional fixed law another day as the control group,observe the successful rate in two groups.Results？The successful rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,there was significant gender difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The improve fixed law could improve the successful rate in the piercing of the child patients,ruduce the human resources.
