摘要
目的探讨重组α-干扰素治疗乙型和丙型肝炎的常见不良反应和护理措施。方法回顾性分析粤北第二人民医院收治的30例乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎患者的临床资料,总结用药期间的不良反应类型。结果 IFN的应用剂量大、疗程长,在治疗过程中会出现一些不良反应,比如早期发热、肌酸骨痛,中期营养不良、皮疹、烦躁,晚期白细胞减少、精神焦虑等。结论为了保证治疗过程顺利,做好治疗期间患者的护理管理是非常重要的。
Objective To detect the common adverse reactions and nursing measures in the process of treatment for viral hepatitis B and C with recombinant α-interferon.Method？Retrospectively analyze 30 patients with viral hepatitis B and C in The Second People＇s Hospital of Yuebei,observe adverse reactions during treatment.Results？Application of IFN has a high dose and a long course of treatment,and there may be some adverse reactions.Such as fever,muscle and bone ache in early phase of treatment,malnutrition,rash,irritability in medium phase of treatment,leukopenia,anxiety in later phase of treatment etc.Conclusion To ensure the smooth course of treatment,we should attach importance to the nursing management of patients during treatment.
