摘要
目的探讨上消化道出血患者的临床症状及临床护理措施。方法回顾性分析博罗县人民医院收治的81例上消化道出血的患者资料,并进行整理分析。分析患者的临床表现,并对博罗县人民医院护士采取的护理措施进行总结。结果上消化道出血的患者,主要表现为呕血和柏油样便。对此类患者,需密切观察患者的生命体征、意识变化,记录患者呕血和便血的量和性质,观察患者出血控制情况,为患者输血,遵医嘱使用止血药物,行基础护理,并对患者进行心理护理和健康宣教。结论上消化道出血的患者,病情严重,进展迅速,临床需及时准确地诊断,为患者实施积极的治疗和优质的护理,促进患者康复。
