摘要
目的 用核磁共振磷谱分析的方法研究骨骼肌的代谢产物及细胞内pH值,为进一步临床病生理研究提供客观参考依据。方法 在2-0T的场强下,对19 例健康志愿者进行磁共振磷谱分析和常规MRI检查。测量波谱中各代谢产物的峰下面积,根据峰下面积计算各种代谢产物与βATP、ATP、Pcr 的相对比值;根据Pi 相对于Pcr化学位移的变化计算细胞内pH 值。结果 所有的骨骼肌磁共振磷谱均能清楚观察到7 个代谢产物的共振波峰。细胞内pH值呈轻度碱性(7-09 ±0-2) 。结论 活体磁共振磷谱是无创性地检测骨骼肌磷脂代谢和能量代谢的代谢产物及细胞内pH 值的一种行之有效的方法。
Purpose To study the metabolite in healthy human skeletal muscle using phosphorus MRS can help us better understand the phospholipid metabolite and energy metabolite and pH,which will provide more information for clinical study.Methods Phosphorus MRS and MRI were performed 19 healthy volunteers at 2.0T.The areas under the peak of various metabolite in spectra were measured.Intracellular pH was calculated according to the chemical shift change of Pi relative to Pcr.Results Every spectra we got has seven clear defined metabolite peaks.Intracellular pH value of (7.09±0.2)slightly alkili.Conclusion In vivo phosphorous MRS can noninvasively find phospholipid metabolite and energy metabolite status and intracellular pH. [
