摘要
近年来,农机专业合作社在农业生产中的作用越来越明显,但是其在发展壮大过程中一是缺乏具体的指导,二是发展资金不足;三是基础设施较差。党的十七大提出了要加快发展农业机械化,面对新的更高的要求,结合农机合作社建设存在的问题,文章提出一些建议和对策。
In recent years,agricultural cooperatives play an more and more obvious rolein agricultural production,but one of the problems in the process of development and expansion is lack of specific guidance,the second is lack of development funds;Third,poor infrastructure.Seventeenth Party Congress put forward the need to accelerate the development of agricultural mechanization,facing of new and higher requirements,combined with problems in the construction agricultural cooperatives,the paper proposes some suggestions and countermeasures.
