摘要
目的总结产科失血性休克危急重症患者临床特点及救治体会。方法对产科收治的失血性休克病例51例临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 51急重症产妇经密切观察、积极抗休克及防治功能衰竭等救治后,所有产妇均脱离危险,休克得到纠正,抢救成功率100%。产妇一般状况改善,皮肤红润温暖,血气分析、血压均恢复正常,尿量均在30mL/h以上。结论分析患者失血性休克发病原因、特点并进行针对性抢救,对确保抢救成功具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical characters and emergency experience of obstetrics patients with hemorrhagic shock.Methods 51 cases of obstetrics patients with hemorrhagic shock in our obstetrics were retrospectively analyzed.Result 51 cases of obstetrics patients with hemorrhagic shock were given closely observe,antishock and prevention failure treatment,all cases were out of danger,shock corrected,the emergency success rate of hemorrhagic shock patients reached up to 100%.Obstetrics patients general conditions had improved,the skin ruddy warm,blood gas analysis,blood pressure was normal,urine amount in reached up to 30ml/h.Conclusion To analyze etiologies and clinical characteristics in obstetrics patients with hemorrhagic shock patients and rescue vnlrpfalgp plays an important role to ensure successful rescue.
