Combining with the engineering examples,the paper introduces the factual steps for the design of the ground source heat pump system,illustrates the necessity of the thermal response tests in the design for the ground source heat pump system,identifies the optimized design scheme for the ground-buried pipe,and solves the design for the ground-buried outdoor heat exchanger and the heat pump unit and their type selections.
