摘要
本文针对建筑行业目前流行的"包工"、"包点"激励机制存在的问题,基于委托一代理理论,应用博弈分析方法设计一个激励机制来改进"包工"、"包点"的旧激励机制。新设计的机制是一个双赢的机制,既可以增加建筑农民工收益,同时又可以减少承包商的监督成本,提高工程的整体质量。
Because of the problem existed in the excitation mechanism of＂contracter＂and＂Day workers＂in achitecture industry,based on the principle—agent theory,and using the game theory this paper proper new mechanism old one.The new Mechanism of Win-win between Off-farm workers and contractoris to increase revenue of the Ibrmer,reduce monitoring costs of the latter,and improve the Overall quality of the Engineering.
