摘要
采用自行设计的一组新型组合填料过滤装置,在实验室条件下,研究了该工艺处理生活污水的效果,探讨了装置运行的最佳条件。结果表明:当过滤装置以天然砂、沸石、石灰石为组合填料处理生活污水,水力负荷为1.5 m3/(m2.d)时,COD、NH3-N和TP的平均去除率分别为85.00%、89.67%和96.93%,系统具有良好的脱氮除磷效果。过滤填料分成相互独立的三级,填料堵塞或失效时,方便更换。
On the basis of laboratory experiment,we study the effect of self-designed new-style combined packing filter equipment for the domestic sewage treatment and discuss the best controlling conditions.The results show that when sand,zeolite,limestone are used as combined filler,hydraulic loading is 1.5 m3/(m2·d),the average removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TP are 85.00%,89.67% and 96.93%,respectively.The efficiency of the denitrogenation and phosphorus removal is great.The combined packing filters are divided into three independent sections and it is easy to change when packing plugging or failure.
